We chose Neil for his enthusiasm as well as his knowledge. He stayed in touch with us throughout the listing process. He or his assistant were always in touch with us within 24 hours of the time we would call with any questions. In signing all the paperwork electronically he walked us through each item explaining what we were signing. When we had showings he would get a response back from the realtor that showed the house generally within 24 hours. Chelsea was an absolute godsend. Buying from out of state was stressful enough, but to have issues that dragged on and on and on is even worse. On top of it, I was a first time homebuyer and knew nothing about anything. She was so excellent explaining everything in a way that made sense to me. She was also able to recommend a great company for my inspection among other people for things I needed done. She even attended the inspection on my behalf since I was in another state. There were issues with the title so my closing date just kept getting pushed. It was pushed several months. Chelsea was excellent at following up with the sellers and then updating me the whole time. I was moving from out of state so being in the loop was critical. I scheduled my moving truck thinking the place was going to be ready (we both did), but then the issue with the title came back.
